Hallo iedereen! 

Er komt een kamer vrij in het gezellige Zonnebloemhuis vanaf 1 februari (bespreekbaar). We zijn vier huisgenoten die een zonnebloempje zoeken voor onze knusse thuis dat niet rookt en 25 tot 35 jaar is. De huur bedraagt €350 (incl. gas, elektriciteit, water, wifi) + een paar kleinere gemeenschappelijke kosten zoals poetshulp, wc-papier en afwasmiddel. 

We spenderen graag een avondje samen om een film of serie te kijken, of samen te eten. Heb je een passie voor gezelligheid, muziek, theater, film en/of plantjes, zal je in dit huis zeker gelijkgezinden vinden om je creativiteit los te laten. 

Het huis is gelegen in de Zonnebloemstraat in Oud-Berchem, op wandelafstand van het station, hippe cafeetjes rond de Statiestraat, het Groen Kwartier en PAKT, en een paar parken (Wolvenberg, Brilschans). Het dateert uit 1908 en heeft naast een historische gevel ook binnenshuis een paar kunstige elementen zoals art deco tegeltjes, pilaren en glasramen. Het huis biedt een ruime living opgesplitst in zitruimte en muziek/werkruimte, een grote keuken met ijskasten en uitschuifbare eettafel, een badkamer met bad en wasmachine, een tuintje met een terras (“de pizzapunt”), 2 toiletten, een kelder om spullen op te bergen en 5 slaapkamers. De slaapkamer die vrijkomt, bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping aan de achterkant van het huis.

Hi everyone, 

A cozy room in the Sunflower house is available from the 1^st of February (negotiable). We are 4 housemates looking for a housemate for our warm home who doesn’t smoke, between 25 - 35 years old. The rent is €350 (incl. gas, electricity, water, wifi) + a few small common costs such as a cleaner, toilet paper and detergent. 

Every now and then we like to spend an evening together to watch a movie or series on the couch or to have dinner. If you have a passion for coziness, music, theater, film and /or plants, you will certainly find like-minded people in this house to unleash your creativity.  

The house is located in the Zonnebloemstraat in Oud Berchem, within walking distance from the station, trendy cafes near Statiestraat, Groen Kwartier and PAKT and a few parks (Wolvenberg, Brilschans). Dating from 1908, the house displays a historic façade, as well as a few artistic elements indoors, such as art deco tiles, pillars and stained glass. The house offers a spacious living room divided into a sitting area and a music/work area, a large and bright kitchen with two refrigerators and an extendable dining table, small garden with a terrace (“the pizza slice”), 2 toilets, a basement to store stuff, and 5 bedrooms. The bedroom that will become available is located on the first floor.
