Ik huur nog tot einde december 2026 een vrijstaand en licht huis met terras en kleine tuin in Oud-Heverlee, rustig gelegen in een doodlopende straat dicht bij het bos.

Er zijn in totaal 3 slaapkamers, maar de eigenares is er zelf heel weinig. Je huist dus in eerste plaats samen met mij: een 40-jarige neurodivergente vrouw die houdt van dieren, boswandelingen, lekker koken en creatief zijn.

Mijn ideale huisgenoot is iemand die thuis de rust opzoekt, het graag netjes houdt (zonder dat het perfect moet zijn) en direct communiceert. Voor mij creëert samenwonen altijd wel wat spanning, maar het mag af en toe schuren, zo lang we er daarna als volwassenen over kunnen spreken.

Onvoorwaardelijke aanvaarding van mijn kat Pupusa is wél nodig, zij is de diva van het huis. Andere dieren zijn zeker welkom als ze met haar overweg kunnen, ze is zowel aan katten als honden gewend.

De kamer die vrijkomt (vanaf 1 augustus, vroeger of later kan ook) is bemeubeld met een bed, commode en kleerkast. Domicilie is gezien de korte periode niet ideaal, wel bespreekbaar.

Temporary housemate wanted in Oud-Heverlee

I am renting a bright house with a terrace and small garden in Oud-Heverlee until the end of December 2026. It is quietly situated on a cul-de-sac close to the forest.

There are 3 bedrooms, but the owner is rarely here herself. So you’d mainly be co-housing with me: a 40-year-old neurodivergent woman who loves animals, forest walks, good food and creative hobby hopping :)

My ideal housemate is someone who likes peace and quiet at home, keeps things tidy (without expecting perfection), and values direct communication. I believe living together always creates some tension, friction now and then is okay, as long as we can talk about it like adults afterwards.

Unconditional acceptance of my cat Pupusa is, however, necessary; she is the diva of the house. Other animals are certainly welcome if they can get along with her; she is used to both cats and dogs.

The room (from August 1st, earlier or later is also possible) is furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. Registering your domicile here is not ideal given the short period, but it is open for discussion.
