Looking for a young worker to take over my room in a cohousing with 3 international young workers (28 tot 31 years old; 1 woman & 2 men ) as of February 15. The room is located in a house 3 minutes walking distance from Grote Markt. Room can be furnished (if furniture are bought) and common areas are furnished with a terrace and an upper floor that can eventually be used as a second desk or storage room.

The monthly rent is 455€, and extra costs (Gas, Electricity & other utilities) are more or less 70€ each month.
