• There is own toilet, shower is shared with homeowner (me, a female & my 2y old daughter).
• Possible to rent off-street parking on the front drive separately (not included in the price).
• There's a cat in the house, but it won't enter your room. No pets allowed.

Domicile (registering your official address here) is currently NOT possible.
Minimum stay of 2 months preferred. Contract with flexible duration.

• Rent is 520 €/month including utilities (electricity, water, heating, internet).
• We are asking a refundable deposit of 500€.
