Hallo! Wij zijn een groep enthousiastelingen die een cohousing gaan bouwen in Jette. Het wordt een cohousing van 21 eenheden, met een grote gemeenschappelijke tuin en een aantal gedeelde ruimtes zoals een polyvalente zaal, een atelier, een logeerkamer en een wasruimte. Dit doen we vanuit onze kernwaarden duurzaamheid, diversiteit en gastvrijheid. We zijn nog op zoek naar enkele families die zich bij ons willen aansluiten. 

Recent hebben we de bouwplannen deels aangepast; er zijn nu nog drie prachtige units met drie slaapkamers beschikbaar: één appartement en twee maisonnettes, en dit tegen aanzienlijk lagere prijzen dan voorheen. De maisonnettes bieden heel wat voordelen: De leefruimten zijn beneden terwijl de slaapkamers zich op de verdieping bevinden, beide maisonnettes hebben een privétuin van 28m² en ze kijken uit op de grote gemeenschappelijke tuin van 1150m².

De snelste manier om meer te weten te komen over The Reef is door een publieke presentatie bij te wonen, waar we ons project in meer detail voorstellen.

Hey! We are a group of enthusiasts who are going to build a cohousing in Jette, consisting of 21 units, with a big common garden and several shared spaces such as a multipurpose room, a workshop, a living room, a guest room and a laundry room. We do this based on our core values ​​of sustainability, diversity and hospitality. We are still looking for a few families to join us.

The building plans have been partially modified recently; there are now three beautiful three-bedroom units left: One apartment and two maisonnettes; at quite cheaper prices than before. The maisonnettes offer a number of advantages: The living areas are on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs; both maisonettes have a 28m² private garden and look out on the big common garden of 1150m².
