Looking for a roommate!

I have 2 available rooms in my cozy 3 room appartment next to Sportpaleis.

Tram 5 stops in front of the house and you'll be at the city center in 5 minutes.

The rooms are furnished (double bed, sofa, clothing racks, curtains, etc.. you can decorate to your liking! There's all kinds of supermarkets in the neighborhood, bowling, movie theater, coffee bars and concert hall.. all withing a 5min walking distance. 

The appartment is 80m2. There's a fully equipped open kitchen with living space, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The price is 550€ + 100€ for gas, water, electricity, internet. 

Short and long term possible. Domicile also negotiable after a test period.

About me: I'm Soraia (27) and I work full-time as an intaker. I love traveling, thriftshopping playing board games and watching series.:)

I'm looking for semi-social roommates who care about keeping the appartment clean.
