Roberto (34), Bereket (34) and me Oscar (34) are looking for a new roommate in our shared apartment located in the Naamsestraat. 

The room is free for someone to move in as soon as needed since Roberto will be moving out. 

About us:

The renovated apartment has a cozy vibe. During our free time we do our own thing most of the time, but sometimes we still find the time to cook, chill together or just have a casual chat with a beer.

The apartment is calm and besides the students at the apartment downstairs there is not much noise around.

We have a dog (Xóchi 🐶) so you definitely have to like dogs. If you like walking with dogs or just enjoying time with dogs, you get extra points. 😉

All in all, we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, relaxed during the week but still has some energy to socialise here and there, and ofc someone who clean’s after himself.

We have a duplex apartment with 4 rooms, a big living room and kitchen area, two toilets, a nice shower and a bathtub and a patio full of plants.

Rent is €543 per month plus extra costs (around €100 - €150 per month: internet, water, electricity, heating and cleaning lady). Note that extra costs might vary but we are providing an estimation, normally it stays within the provided range.
