Voor de laatste vrije kamer in ons ruime huis in Kessel-Lo, midden in de natuur, zijn we op zoek naar een fijne huisgenoot.

🛏 De kamer
De kamer is ongeveer 23 m², heeft uitzicht op het bos en je deelt één van de twee ruime badkamers. 

De huurprijs voor deze kamer bedraagt €625 per maand, exclusief kosten.

🏡 Het huis & wie wij zijn
We wonen hier momenteel met vier volwassenen: Helena, Lien, Wout en August (27 - 44 jaar). Het huis is voor ons meer dan een gedeelde woonplek: het is een plek waar openheid, verbondenheid en verantwoordelijkheid belangrijk zijn, met ruimte voor ieders eigen ritme, rust en privacy. We zoeken iemand die zich herkent in deze beschrijving en in een levensfase zit die past bij de onze of complementair daaraan is. 

✨ Wat voor samenleven zoeken we?
Dit is een plek met een community-aspect, maar zonder verplicht programma of constante groepsactiviteit en met ruimte voor rust en stilte. We zoeken iemand die:

• zich prettig voelt bij open, eerlijke en soms kwetsbare communicatie
• eigen noden en grenzen kan communiceren en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor triggers
• het fijn vindt om mee zorg te dragen voor de plek (praktisch én energetisch)

Enige affiniteit met persoonlijke ontwikkeling is fijn. Bonus als je met mensen werkt, vertrouwd bent met groepsprocessen, of actief bezig bent met zelfontwikkeling of spiritualiteit (meditatie, yoga, tantra, …). 

🌱 Wat kan hier ontstaan?
Er is ruimte voor samen creëren of co-working, sauna-avonden, potlucks met vrienden, filmavonden, ochtendyoga of meditatie, lichaamsgerichte- of ademwerksessies. Deelname gebeurt altijd op basis van goesting en afstemming. Het huis biedt voldoende ruimte om aan verschillende noden tegemoet te komen en groepsactiviteiten gebeuren voornamelijk in het bijgebouw. Daarnaast is er een praktijk- en groepsruimte die eventueel gedeeld kan worden (apart af te spreken indien voor professioneel gebruik). Af en toe zijn er ook kort verblijvende gasten die iets komen delen of doen we een huiskamerconcertje. 

📍 De plek
Het huis ligt op een prachtige, rustige plek midden in het bos, vlak bij de abdij van Vlierbeek. Leuven is vlot bereikbaar met fiets, bus of auto; het station ligt op 15 minuten fietsen. We zoeken iemand die deze rust waardeert en er zorgzaam mee omgaat.

🌿 Spacious room available in a conscious co-living project 🌿

Dear all,

For the last available room in our spacious house in Kessel-Lo, surrounded by nature, we are looking for a lovely housemate.

🛏 The room
The room is approximately 23 m², has a view of the forest, and you share one of the two spacious bathrooms.

The rent for this room is €625 per month, excluding utilities.

🏡 The house & who we are
We currently live here with four adults: Helena, Lien, Wout and August (ages 27–44). For us, the house is more than a shared living space: it is a place where openness, connection and responsibility are important, while leaving room for everyone’s own rhythm, rest and privacy. We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in this description and who is in a life phase that fits with or complements ours.

✨ What kind of shared living are we looking for?
This is a place with a community aspect, but without a fixed program or constant group activities, and with space for rest and silence. We are looking for someone who:

– feels comfortable with open, honest and sometimes vulnerable communication
– can express their own needs and boundaries and takes responsibility for triggers
– enjoys helping take care of the place (both practically and energetically)

Some affinity with personal development would be fantastic. Bonus if you work with people, are familiar with group processes, or are actively engaged in self-development or spirituality (meditation, yoga, tantra, …).

🌱 What can emerge here?
There is space for co-creating or co-working, sauna evenings, potlucks with friends, movie nights, morning yoga or meditation, body-oriented or breathwork sessions. Participation always happens based on desire and attunement. The house offers enough space to accommodate different needs, and group activities mainly take place in the separate building.
Additionally, there is a practice and group space that can potentially be shared (to be agreed separately). Occasionally, there are short-term guests who come to share something, or we host a small living room concert.

📍 The location
The house is located in a beautiful, quiet spot in the middle of the forest, close to the Abbey of Vlierbeek. Leuven is easily accessible by bike, bus or car; the train station is 15 minutes by bike. We are looking for someone who values this calm environment and treats it with care.
