Mijn naam is Arne en ben op zoek naar een huisgenoot die erin kan trekken op 01/02/2024.

Het betreft een prachtige groene loft in het centrum van Antwerpen, tegenover de Nationale Bank, enkele huizen rechts van Cafenation.
Gemakkelijk bereikbaar via openbaar vervoer, vlakbij halte Nationale Bank (tram 1, 10, 4 en 7 - bus 13 en 14). In nabijheid van Mechelseplein, Theaterplein, stadspark, botanische tuin.

Het pand bestaat uit 2 slaapkamers, 1 gezellige gedeelde badkamer en een grote gedeelde ruimte met keuken, living, eetruimte. Het appartement is bemeubeld en de keuken is uitgerust. De kamer die vrij komt is iets groter dan 12,5m².

Je zou mee op het contract komen en ook een huurwaarborg moeten betalen op een geblokkeerde rekening. Ik ben op zoek naar iemand voor een periode van ongeveer een half jaar tot een jaar. Kan wat langer/korter zijn, dit kunnen we onderling afstemmen.

Ikzelf ben 39 jaar oud, zelfstandige en verdien mijn geld met verkoop van schilderijen en met het geven van bodywork, faciliteren van breathwork sessies en het geven van workshops
Ik hou me verder bezig met: yoga, ademwerk en meditatie, boeken over zelfontplooing/filosofie lezen, filosoferen met vrienden, koken, planten, reizen, plantmedicijn, introspectie, ...

Ben op zoek naar man/vrouw van tussen de 30 en 50. Vergelijkbare interesses hebben is leuk maar geen must. Ik geniet ook van rust in huis en respect voor elkaars behoeften. Het is niet de idee om altijd samen te eten en avonden in de living door te brengen, maar het is leuk als er een goede klik is en dit ook wel kan. 

Jouw aandeel in de huur betreft 720 euro. Dit is voor de helft van totale huur + kosten gas/water/electriciteit/internet/poetsvrouw (3u/2weken) + bijdrage voor bemeubeling, gebruik keukenmateriaal en een zorgenloos verblijf aangezien ik alles opvolg.

De kosten worden achteraf uitgerekend. Het kan dus zijn dat we soms iets moeten bijbetalen, maar meetal krijgen we wat terug bij de afrekening en dan wordt dit terug verdeeld natuurlijk.

The property consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 cosy shared bathroom and a large shared space with kitchen, living, dining area. The flat is furnished and the kitchen is equipped. The room that comes free is slightly bigger than 12.5m².

You would come along on the contract and also have to pay a rent deposit in a blocked account (which you will receive again upon leaving the apartment). I am looking for someone for a period of about six months to a year. Could be a bit longer/shorter, we can agree on this.

I myself am 39 years old, self-employed and earn my money selling paintings and giving bodywork, facilitating breathwork sessions and giving workshops

I am also into: yoga, breathwork and meditation, reading books on self-development/philosophy, philosophising with friends, cooking, plants, travelling, plant medicine, introspection, ...

Around 10 July, I leave on a trip for about a month and would like to find a new roommate before then. It is possible to move in from the 1st of July. If later, we will recalculate the rent for July. You would come along on the contract and also have to pay a rent deposit into an blocked account. I am looking for someone for a period of about six months. Could be a bit longer/shorter, we can agree on this.

Your share of the rent is for 720 euros. This is for half of total rent + cost of gas/water/electricity/internet/cleaning lady (3h/2weeks) + contribution for furnishing, use of kitchen equipment and a worry-free stay as I monitor everything.

Costs will be calculated afterwards. So sometimes we may have to pay something extra, but usually we get something back in the settlement and then this is distributed again, of course.
