De kamer is voorzien van een bedframe en 2 ingebouwde kasten
(er is genoeg plaats om een andere kast en of bureau te plaatsen indien gewenst).
Het raam kijkt uit op een mooie naaldboom in de voortuin.

-Op wandelafstand van het treinstation, de bus- en tram- verbinding, de supermarkten en de Gentbrugge meersen (een natuurreservaat).

-Op aangename fietsafstand van gent centrum.

-Een plek waar je tot rust kan komen.
Het huisje heeft een tuin, en via het tuintje kan je direct het park inlopen. Dit is een klein rustig park dat alleen door lokale bewoners wordt bezocht. Onze tuin kijkt uit op mooie eiken en een vijvertje. Ik plan een deel van de tuin tot moestuin om te bouwen.

-Het huis is bemeubeld. Je maakt mede gebruik van de gang, living, eetkamer, keuken, kelder, badkamer, toiletkamer, tuin.

-bij voorkeur iemand die  veganistisch, vegetarisch of ecotarisch is
(geen vlees en vis in huis)
-iemand die niet in huis rookt
-goede open communicatie
-af en toe samen koken (of voor elkaar koken)
samen leuke momenten delen maar niet gedwongen
-iemand die rustig is (geen feestbeest).
-potentiële creatieve kruisbestuiving (geen must, echter wel welkom ;-) )

spacious room for rent in house with garden in Gentbrugge.

The room already has a bedframe and 2 build-in closets
(there is enough space for another closet and or desk).
The window looks out on a beautiful pinetree in the frontgarden.

-at footdistance from the trainstation, the bus and tram connection, the supermarkets and the Gentbrugse meersen (a nature reserve).

-at a pleasurable bike distance from the city centre.

-A place to find peace. The house has a garden. Via the garden you can enter the park. This is a small peaceful park that is only visited by locale people. The garden looks out on beautiful oaks and a small pond. I’m planning to make a part of the garden a vegetable garden.

-The house is furnitured. We will both make use of the hallway, the living room, the dinning room, the kitchen, the cellar, the bathroom, the toiletroom, the garden.

-good open communication
-someone who enjoys cooking together, or for each other from time to time.
Sharing nice moments together but without pressure.
-someone who is peaceful (no party animal)
-potential creative sharing (not a must, but could be nice ;-) )
