Nu een huisgenoot vertrekt, zoekt onze co-housing in Oud-Berchem iemand nieuw om
ons te vergezellen in een zeer charmant herenhuis gelegen in De Lescluzestraat. De
ligging is ideaal: vlakbij afrit Berchem, op wandelafstand van het station Berchem, met
veel winkels (AH, Lidl, bakker, driekoningenstraat),10 minuten fietsen van het
stadscentrum en tram of bus in overvloed (tram 2,6,7,15,...). Dat alles in een zeer rustige
en toffe buurt.
Het huis heeft een leuke tuin, en bestaat uit grote ruimtes met hoge plafonds. Een ruime
living, open keuken met bar/toog, één slaapkamer en een apart toilet. Op de eerste
verdieping vind je de badkamer met ligbad, douche en toilet, en nog eens twee
slaapkamers. Dan zijn er nog drie slaapkamers op de derde verdieping. De kamer die vrij
komt bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping aan de straatkant. Het is de kleinste kamer van
het huis..
Iets over onszelf: wij zijn een gezellig huis (24-40j) dat veel bezig is met
muziek, cultuur, boeken, kunst, ecologie etc.. .. We wonen hier allemaal kei graag samen
met elkaar en onze deugniet-poes. Goede communicatie, een open mind en een
positieve ingesteldheid vinden wij belangrijk!

Short: Room available in co-housing!
One of our housemates is leaving so our co-housing in Oud-Berchem is looking for a
new inhabitant. We live in a charming house in De Lescluzestraat in a fun and calm
neighborhood. Location is ideal: very close to the highway, walking distance to Berchem
train station, a lot of supermarkets and stores (AH, Lidl, bakery, Driekoningenstraat …),
10 minutes by bike to the city center and many tram/bus options (tram 2, 6, 7, 15).
The house has a nice garden and large communal spaces with high ceilings. The ground
floor has a spacious living room, open kitchen with bar/counter, one bedroom and
separate toilet. The first floor has the bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet and two
more bedrooms. On the second floor there’s three bedrooms. The room that’s available
is on the second floor on the street side. It’s the smallest room in the house..
About ourselves: we are a cosy/artsy house (24yrs – 40yrs) who are mostly
interested in music, culture, books, arts, ecology … We like living here together with our
cat. Good communication, open-minds and a positive attitude are important to us!
