Beste samenhuizers

Vermits ik met mijn vriendin ga samenwonen komt er vanaf 1 juni (1/6/24) één kamer vrij in onze co-housing in de J.P. Minckelersstraat.

Het huis ligt vlakbij de Vaart, het station en het centrum van Leuven. Er liggen verschillende grote supermarkten op wandelafstand (Colruyt, Lidl, Aldi). Alsook veel groen (Keizerberg, Sluispark en een stadstuin)!

De kamer (ong. 15m²) die vrijkomt is gelegen op de 2e verdieping en kost maandelijks €330 (inclusief internet, water, elektriciteit, woningverzekering en poetshulp). De keuken, badkamer, living en wc worden gedeeld. En als laatste de grootste troef, de stadstuin waar de huisgenoten graag hun handen in vuil maken of al eens pintje bier drinken. Er bestaat ook de mogelijkheid om een parkeerkaart aan te vragen en er is voldoende parking in de omgeving.

De huisgenoten zijn opzoek naar iemand (m/v/x) tussen de 20-40 jaar die zich kan domiciliëren (verplicht) en kan intrekken vanaf 1 juni.

Over de huisgenoten: Haike (31) is een West-Vlaamse doctoraatsstudent sociologie aan de UAntwerpen met een lichte Wikipedia- en cafeïneverslaving, Joran (29) is een sportieve doctoraatsstudent artificiële intelligentie aan de KU Leuven die graag filosofeert over de dingen des levens en Bella (29) een Amerikaanse doctoraatsstudent bio-ingenieur aan de KU Leuven en een echte bezige bij die graag gaat dansen.

Dear co-housers

Since I am going to move in with my girlfriend, one room will be available in our co-housing in the J.P. Minckelersstraat from June 1st (1/6/24).

The house is located near the Vaart, the train station and the center of Leuven. There are several large supermarkets within walking distance (Colruyt, Lidl, Aldi). Also, there is plenty of greenery (Keizerberg, Sluispark and a city garden)!

The room (approx. 15m²) that will become available is located on the 2nd floor and costs €330 per month (including internet, water, electricity, insurance and cleaning help). The kitchen, bathroom, living room and toilet are shared. Finally, the biggest asset is the city garden where the housemates enjoy getting their hands dirty or having a beer. It is also possible to apply for a parking permit and there is plenty parking available in the area.

The housemates are looking for someone (m/f/x) between the ages of 20 and 40 who can register their domicile (mandatory) and can move in from June 1st.

About the housemates: Haike (31) is a West Flemish sociology doctoral student at UAntwerp with a slight Wikipedia and caffeine addiction, Joran (29) is a sporty doctoral student in artificial intelligence at KU Leuven who enjoys philosophizing about life and Bella (29) is an American doctoral student in bioengineering at the KU Leuven and also a busy bee who loves to dance!
