I am leaving my room in Ghent so I am looking for a person to take over my place starting from August 1st.

Location: Located in Stropkaai.

The House & Room:

• The Room: Very bright and good views to the river

• Common areas: You will share a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace, and bathroom. There is also a communal washing machine available in the building

• Rent: 670€/ month including utilities bills-

• Deposit: 1500€
