• 500 €/month, includes water, electricity, wifi + 50€/month pre-payment for heating based on consumption.
• We are asking a refundable deposit of 500€.

• Zaventem train station 100m walking: train S2 to Brussels Central takes 20' and departs every 30 minutes; train S9 to Schuman takes 20' and departs once per hour
• 1' walk: Bus 272 (Airport-Zaventem-Bru Rogier), 682 (Airport-Zaventem-Mechelen)
• 3' walk: Bus 71 (Zaventem-Airport-Overijse), 616 (Airport-Zaventem-Leuven), 282 (Airport-Zaventem-Vilvoorde-Mechelen)
• Cambio Car sharing (200m)
• Cycling route Brussels-Leuven nearby
• Supermarkets (300m), coffee shops, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, gym … all in walking distance

Windows facing large garden. You can have your own garden patch if you like gardening. 🌱

• There is own toilet. Shower is shared with homeowner (me, a female🚺 & my 3y old daughter).
• Possible to rent off-street parking on the front drive separately (not included in the price).
• There's a cat in the house, but it won't enter your room. No pets allowed.
