Bereket (34) and me Oscar (34) are looking for a new roommate in our shared apartment located in the Naamsestraat.

The room is free for someone to move in as soon as needed.

About us:

The renovated apartment has a cozy vibe. During our free time we do our own thing most of the time, but sometimes we still find the time to cook, chill together or just have a casual chat with a beer.

The apartment is calm and besides the students at the apartment downstairs there is not much noise around.

We have a dog (Xóchi 🐶) so you definitely have to like dogs. If you like walking with dogs or just enjoying time with dogs, you get extra points. 😉

All in all, we are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle, relaxed during the week but still has some energy to socialise here and there, and ofc someone who clean’s after himself.

We have a duplex apartment with 4 rooms, a big living room and kitchen area, two toilets, a nice shower and a bathtub and a patio full of plants.

Rent is €543 per month plus extra costs (around €100 - €150 per month: internet, water, electricity, heating and cleaning person). Note that extra costs might vary but we are providing an estimation, normally it stays within the provided range.
