Short term furnished apartment available in Brussels:

I am looking for a trustworthy, quiet person who likes plants.

- Price: 900 euro + monthly costs (100 syndic, maintenance building, insurance 65 electricity, 75 heating and water, 40 internet) = 1180 euro all costs included

- Dates: December 7 - March 7 (3 months to begin with, can be prolonged with another 3 months)

- Location: Close to the centre and a 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Elisabeth park. The place is located in a quiet street (not many cars) with easy access to metro, bus and tram: METRO Simonis (5 minutes walk)

- No domiciliation possible

The living room consists in an open kitchen, a working space and a welcoming couch. The sleeping room has a piano and a cozy sitting area with a window to the backyard, so no street noise. There is an extra little room to relax or be creative; plus a small balcony to sit outside.

The apartment has enough storage space, a washing machine, and towels, bedsheets, kitchen equipments, ... available so you just have to drop your luggage. Of course there is Wifi and even digital television if you like.

There is a save space to store your bike or even park a car in the garage next door (90 euro extra).

Ps: Deposit 500 euro with inventory.
